  • Spouse
  • Majority of children
  • Majority of grandchildren
  • Majority of great-grandchildren
  • Parents
  • Grandparents
  • Majority of siblings
  • Majority of nieces and nephews
  • Majority of great nieces and nephews
  • Majority of aunts and uncles
  • Majority of First cousins
  • Any other blood relative

If no person exists, can be located or agrees to sign the cremation authorization, the decedent's guardian has the final say over the disposition.  If there is no guardian, a personal representative named in the decedents will or appointed by a court has the final say over disposition


How long does the process take?


The process on average takes 7-10 days from when we take your loved one into our care.
